Udang Pedis






Ingredients:

- 350 gr. shrimps
- 100 gr. leek
- 15 stink beans
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp oil

Bumbu:

- 100 gr. red lomboks
- 1 tomato
- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

Cut the white of the leek into thin rings. Halve the stink beans and chop the shallots and tomato finely. Cut the lomboks into rings and crush the garlic. Grind the bumbu into a paste. Fry the bumbu in the oil until fragrant. Add the shrimps, leek and stink beans and stir-fry the shrimps until done. Stir in the lime juice and serve it hot.
